Now on sale: Tickets, $275 per person, to see Miley Cyrus, Pharrell and Afrojack, headlining poolside at the Fontainebleau on New Year’s Eve. If you thought those prices were high, get a load of this: Tickets to see superstar DJ Tiesto New Year’s Eve at LIV are $600 for men and $400 for women. Ouch.

The Pooches have been very busy lately. Tommy Pooch, the veteran South Beach club promoter, is about to launch Tommy Pooch Realty, and Michelle is now a DJ, spinning everywhere from LIV to NYC’s Greenhouse. The Pooches will be celebrating the launch of the real estate biz with an event from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Marina Palms Sales Center, 17201 Biscayne Blvd. More than just a launch, it is an art show and fundraiser for Marcus Suarez, an artist best known for painting almost every hot nightclub in South Beach. Suarez has unfortunately suffered several strokes and recently regained some of his motor skills. Actor/comedian Tommy Davidson is hosting the event, which is open to the public.
