DCF reports all say same thing

How much money was given to the Casey Foundation to inform the state Department of Children & Families that it is failing miserably to protect children? Why didn’t it just go to Kinkos and copy the report that was issued after Nubia Barahona was found dead or even get copies of the report that was generated after Rilya Wilson went missing? Clearly having a committee, a foundation or a task force study the problems isn’t the solution. All of those reports say the same thing: Hire trained, educated and licensed social workers to carry out the life-and-death tasks of assessing the needs of vulnerable children.
