Special to the Miami Herald

O’Brian Anderson scored two second-half touchdowns as Goleman broke open a close game and handed Hialeah Gardens its 30th consecutive loss Friday at Milander Park.

Jamal McIntyre added 150 rushing yards and a score for the Gators (2-8). Niles Lofters finished with 140 yards on the ground for the Gladiators (0-10), whose last victory was over Goleman in the final game of the 2010 season.

“Our younger guys really had to step up in the first half,” Gators coach Ariel Cribeiro said. “They got some good experience. That will definitely help as we keep building this program.”
