Hialeah-Miami Lakes 43, Goleman 32

Hialeah-Miami Lakes rallies past Goleman in fourth quarter

Special to the Miami Herald

For Goleman, it was the Anthony Castellino and Jamal McIntyre show, but it didn’t prevent Hialeah-Miami Lakes (4-6, 4-3 District 16-7A) from defeating the Gators 43-32.

Castellino ran for 175 yards and two touchdowns, and McIntyre ran for 235 yards and two touchdowns.

Goleman (1-9, 1-6) had an 11-point lead late in the fourth quarter, but Hialeah-Miami Lakes staged a rally that included a 70-yard go-ahead touchdown pass from Keanu Norman to Russell Gerald.

Malik Shannon ran for 165 yards and three touchdowns for the Trojans.

The Gators had a chance to retake the lead in the final minutes, but Castellino was rushed and lost the ball on a fumble.
