One of only 18 senators who voted against avoiding a national default was Marco Rubio.
He states that the reason he voted No is that it does “nothing to provide working-class Americans even one shred of relief from Obamacare’s harmful effects.” I would like to know what harmful effects he’s talking about.
All the major nations of the world provide universal healthcare for all their citizens, and we were the only one that did not. If universal healthcare has harmful effects, how is it possible that all these countries have had it for many years?
Perhaps they all have a coffee party instead of a Tea Party to contend with.
