Missing woman found dead in Keys channel after partying, arguing with boyfriend

A 36-year-old woman was found dead in a Florida Keys channel over the weekend after her boyfriend told investigators that the couple had been drinking and arguing the night before.

Monroe County sheriff’s deputies found the woman’s dinghy washed up on an offshore island. The Coast Guard found Angela Taylor’s body Sunday morning in the Boca Grande Channel, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators questioned her boyfriend, who told them that they were together at a party until early Saturday. He told them they left the party together in her dinghy because his was out of gas. They returned to his dinghy, argued and parted ways.
