South Dade blanks Southridge, remains unbeaten

South Dade (6-0) defeated Southridge (1-4) in a key victory that keeps the Buccaneers undefeated in the district.

The Bucs winning streak has now been extended to six games in a row, as they enter the second half of the season.

The Bucs were led by senior quarterback Kahil Render, who threw for 127 yards — including four passing touchdowns.

Render’s Key offensive weapon was tight end Nathaniel Terry.

He was targeted for two touchdowns.

The Buccaneers defense kept the Spartans offense to only 66 yards for the game.
