Gangsters do deals. Decent legislators pass sensible regulations in favor of the country and their constituents and should not do deals under any circumstances. It is an insult to the nation and is no way to run the strongest country in the world.
A used car salesman would be offended to be called a legislator. However, members of Congress are specialists in doing deals, a cheap way of bargaining away Americans’ future.
