GOP doesn’t care about us

 

Republicans are behaving like children throwing temper tantrums because they aren’t getting their way. But this is not a children’s game. Many American families who depend on their paychecks to survive are being paid. Services have been disrupted and needed assistance stopped.

Of course, this irresponsible action does not affect the salaries, benefits and privileges of the members of Congress. They only care about their hate-and-revenge agenda and not about the country and ordinary Americans.

    The matter of eliminating mosquito control was described in the July 23 article County challenged on mosquitoes. South Miami Mayor Philip Stoddard declared the city to be a “wildlife sanctuary.”
