Heartthrob Enrique Iglesias has just sold his Miami home, and made a good chunk of change in the process.

The pop singer unloaded his waterfront mansion at 4411 Sabal Palm Rd., in the swanky area of Bay Point just north of downtown Miami, for a whopping $6.7 million.

The property, which was not listed for sale, boasts just 6,300 square feet of living space but has 100 feet of waterfront. And records show the singer of Tonight (I'm Loving You) bought the lot in 1998 for $640,000.
