Festivals in Aventura, Grove


Turnberry chefs Rick Chiavari and Daniel Malone will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest chocolate mousse (currently current 313 pounds) as part of the annual Chocolate Festival from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at Aventura Mall, 19501 Biscayne Blvd., Aventura. Proceeds from the sale of treat tickets ($1 each, 13 for $10) benefit the Children’s Craniofacial Association; 305-935-1110.

Coconut Grove’s Pumpkin Patch Festival from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Peacock Park features a food court with pumpkin chili, fritters, ice cream and more plus a pumpkin beer garden. Admission is $10-$15; coconutgrovepumpkinpatch.com.
