Kim and Kanye step out in Paris

Kim Kardashian is almost back in fighting shape. The bleached blonde reality star junked her flannel lumberjack shirt and let the world see what’s going on with her new mom body in a cleavage-baring black dress at Givenchy’s Japanese-themed Paris Week Fashion show on Sunday. Kim, who arrived with Kanye West, tweeted that the number was custom made for her in one day by Givenchy head designer Ricky Tisci.

Insiders say she gained around 65 pounds during her pregnancy (25 to 35 is the average) and has about 15 pounds more to shed.

Baby North was left at home in L.A. with grandma Kris and — we presume — five nannies. Meanwhile, Kris and Bruce Jenner are said to be fighting over their daughters Kylie and Kendall’s education. The girls, 16 and 17 respectively, are currently homeschooled due to all their promotional work, but Bruce is said to be wanting them to get a “normal” college education and Kris doesn’t agree.

Proud papa

Meanwhile, Paul McCartney was front and center Monday for daughter Stella McCartney’s Paris Fashion Week show while she unveiled her spring/summer 2014 collection. The “cute Beatle” sat with wife, American socialite Nancy Shevell, gazing upon the runway, which was graced by lovelies like Cara Delevingne and Miranda Kerr.

New digs

Amanda Bynes’ mental situation looks to be increasingly dire. TMZ reports the actress left the UCLA Medical Center for the more frou-frou celeb facility The Canyon, but friends and family fear this new place in Malibu won’t provide her with the same type of care the 27-year-old was getting — and needs. Sources tell the gossip site that Bynes is still under a psychiatric hold, an LPS. It’s part of the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act of 1967, which means mentally unstable patients can be held in a facility against their will for treatment.

Sleepless nights

Leave it to Andy Cohen to get the dirt out of Teresa and Joe Giudice. The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple appeared on a special episode of Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live on Sunday, and discussed the 39-count indictment brought against them in July. The indictment alleges the Giudices lied about multiple income sources and conspired to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud and bankruptcy fraud. “It’s devastating,” said Teresa, who maintained their innocence throughout the show. “I have anxiety and sleepless nights. I used to sleep like a baby, now I get up.” Their trial begins in February.

Ri-Ri’s world

In other Bravo reality show news, Rihanna’s got one. Styled to Rock, premiering Oct. 25, will feature the superstar singer along with a few celeb guests and give aspiring designers a chance to create an outfit for a musical act each week. The prize: $100,000, a feature in Glamour magazine and a job on Rihanna’s style team.

Pink and blue

Rachael Leigh Cook and husband, actor Daniel Gillies ( Spider-Man 2), welcomed a daughter. She’s all that, Gillies tweeted: “The tiny new empress of my everything....immaculate.”

Glee star Heather Morris and bf, high school sweetheart Taylor Hubbell, welcomed a baby boy.

    Willem Dafoe: He’s got range

There are actors with range, and then there’s Willem Dafoe. The sharp-featured Dafoe has played roles as diverse as Jesus (in Martin Scorsese’s controversial The Last Temptation of Christ) and the bloodsucking ghoul Nosferatu (a deliciously over-the-top turn in Shadow of the Vampire). He repeatedly has bared body and soul in Lars von Trier’s intense sex dramas, writhed with Madonna in the erotic thriller Body of Evidence and voiced animated children’s characters in Finding Nemo and Fantastic Mr. Fox.
