One person killed in Kendall crash

 

One person was killed, three others injured in an accident involving four vehicles in Kendall on Sunday morning.

According to investigators, one of the vehicles slammed into two northbound cars stopped at a red light at the intersection of Southwest 117th Avenue and 72nd Street.

The driver of one of the stopped vehicles, described as a man in his 50s, was killed on impact. His passenger, a teenage girl, was injured and taken to the hospital where she was listed as stable.

The driver of one of the vehicles involved in the initial crash and her passenger were also hospitalized and listed as stable.
