I’m amazed with the large number of people in Miami who have been issued disabled parking permits. However, they seem to be in excellent condition, young and without any evidence of being handicapped at all.
What’s the catch with these permits? What kind of disability do these people have? People who are really in need of these parking spaces often cannot use them because these dubious disabled people took them. Maybe they, as well as the health professionals who certified their disability, are morally handicapped. These permits should be audited.
