Police are searching for a man wanted for the questioning of his involvement in the shooting of two Lauderhill men earlier this week.

Lateef S. Garnes, 26, is considered armed and dangerous, Lauderhill Police Lt. Gregory Solowsky said.

The shooting took place Wednesday night at a home in the 5000 block of Northwest 27th Court. Both of the victims were taken to area hospitals for treatment.

Ronnie Huntley Jr., 21, and Eric Williams, 42, remained in the hospital Friday. Their condition was unknown.

Police set up a perimeter around the crime scene after the Wednesday shooting but were unable to find the suspect.
