I am touched by Gov. Scott’s sudden interest in Floridians’ well being, shown in his Sept. 24 Other Views article, Privacy matters for Floridians seeking insurance.
Scott, who shoved drug testing down the throats of poor people in order for them to receive help, cares about the privacy of his constituents. The same governor, who helped block Obamacare enrollment advisors from health department offices where they could inform residents of their rights under the Affordable Care Act, now cares about my rights.
At least he can be counted on to maintain a consistent support for the PARCC exams that he praised just last August — oops, my bad, he no longer supports the “involvement of the federal government into state and local decisions.” Once a swindler ...
