Alex Rodriguez is moving down, with a $2.1 million condo in Miami Beach

 

New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez is seriously downsizing — but he remains committed to his native Miami area.

Rodriguez, 38, who’s appealing a 211-game suspension for his use of performance-enhancing drugs, just bought a new Zen condo in Miami Beach.

It’s worth $2.1 million, significantly less than the $30 million he sold his 21,700-foot palace on North Bay Road in May.
