After last weekend’s 34-13 loss to Bethune-Cookman, coach Ron Turner spoke after the game about his players lacking dedication and discipline. Turner clarified his frustration Tuesday on his 0-3 team after practice.

“We have a lot of guys that play their hearts out. … We’ve got a few that are undisciplined, that aren’t doing what we want them to do,” he said. “I get mad at myself when I get mad at the whole team when it’s only a handful of guys. I’ve got to do a better job of focusing on the many guys that we have that are doing everything we want them to do, and those are the guys we’re going to win with. And we’re going to win — it’s just a matter of when.”

Injury Updates

Turner said junior safety Demarkus Perkins (knee) should play Saturday against Louisville. Sophomore linebacker Davison Colimon (ankle) is questionable.
