Art Basel Miami Beach announces the 2013 galleries: Here’s the list of 258

Art Basel Miami Beach has released a list of participating galleries for this year’s show, and once again only a few South Florida representatives are included.

Miami’s Fredric Snitzer Gallery, which has shown every year of the fair, and Spinello Projects, first included in 2012, will both be back. Also on the list is Gavlak Gallery of Palm Beach, which has participated in Art Basel several times.

In all, 258 galleries from 31 countries will show work at the fair.

Art Basel Miami Beach, which draws international crowds and inspires multiple satellite fairs, will be held from Dec. 5-8 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
