Hard to believe but...TMZ is reporting that Khloe Kardashian was blindsided that her troubled hubby Lamar Odom entered rehab for an addiction to OxyContin and Ambien. Sources close to the couple tell the gossip site that Kardashian and Odom have not been on speaking terms since his arrest on DUI charges. RadarOnline adds that Odom’s famous wife was not the person who bailed him out of jail; it was one of the basketball player’s dealers.

Laugh a minute

What broke up the Amy Poehler-Will Arnett marriage is still unclear (rumor has it Ames was too bossy), but there’s a new lady in Arnett’s life. She’s chef/TV personality Katie Lee Joel, who still uses her famous ex husband Billy Joel’s last name. Katie Lee is apparently the first woman the Arrested Development star, 43, has clicked with since his divorce. As for the Parks and Recreation star, she’s now with fellow comedian Nick Kroll.

Online match

Twitter isn’t always getting celebs in trouble (Miley Cyrus calling a paparazzo the c-word comes to mind). The social media site has brought together iCarly star Jennette McCurdy and Detroit Pistons player Andre Drummond. The 20-year-old athlete revealed his crush on 21-year-old McCurdy over the past couple of months during “Woman Crush Wednesdays” and she thought that was pretty cool and not stalker-y.

Wishful thinking

Speaking of stalkers, John Cusack told cops that the woman who was arrested at his Malibu home on Tuesday told him they were together in a previous life. The Butler star, 47, was granted a temporary restraining order against longtime “fan” Elizabeth Pahlke, 45, requiring her to stay 100 yards away. In his filing, Cusack says Pahlke, who has been contacting him for three years, “claims that the angels told her that we were together in a previous life, and that she needs to be with me now in order for me to remember how special she was to me.”

Gotta dance

Michelle Williams will make her Broadway debut in a role best known by Liza Minnelli — party girl Sally Bowles in Cabaret. The Brokeback Mountain star will join Alan Cumming in the revival. Williams takes over after Emma Stone withdrew due to scheduling conflicts. An opening is set for April 24 at the Studio 54 theater.
