Boil water order issued for Kendall apartment complex

A 12-inch water main break in Kendall on Sunday has prompted a boil water order for a 250-unit apartment complex near Dadeland Mall.

The break, just east on North Kendall Drive and Southwest 77 Avenue, has impacted water quality for residents of Paradise at Dadeland at 7713 SW 88th St.

Water used for drinking or cooking should be boiled prior to consumption, according to the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department. Water should be brought to a full rolling boil for at least one minute.
