Sofia Vergara kicks back at Zuma

lank@aol.com

Sofia Vergara, dressed in black and white, was seen Monday at Zuma relaxing with childhood friends. On Tuesday, The Roots’ co-founder and drummer Questlove had dinner with his wife there, and on Thursday, Zuma regular Lenny Kravitz was seen with friends, dining and sipping on his favorite cocktail, the Rubabu, the restaurant’s signature rhubarb-infused daiginjo sake drink.

Jason Derulo and his long-term girlfriend, American Idol champ Jordin Sparks, were spotted at a Ciroc party Tuesday at the Dream South Beach. The couple watched the sunset and posed for pictures together at the luxe rooftop bar. Despite the rumors surrounding the ring on her finger at their recent VMA appearance, our spies say she “wasn’t rocking any bling” that could have symbolized pending wedding bells.

Emmanuelle Chriqui, best known for her role Sloan from HBO’s Entourage, had dinner with her boyfriend and Viacom/MTV Latin America veep Mario Cader-Frech Wednesday night at Juvia.

Congratulations to Michael Schwartz, whose Restaurant Michael Schwartz at The Raleigh has been named as one of Southern Living’s best new restaurants in the South in the magazine’s September issue.

Congrats also go out to Julio Cabrera of The Regent for being chosen as the Miami finalist in Bombay Sapphire’s Search for the Most Imaginative Bartender. Cabrera will be heading to Las Vegas in September to vie for the ultimate title, competing against 51 top mixologists from across the U.S.
