Funky Buddha beer dinner, Fontainebleau wine dinner

 

Funky Buddha Brewery, 3045 N. Federal Hwy., Fort Lauderdale, will host a five-course Hot & Soul beer dinner at 7 p.m. Wednesday with pairings that include Floridian Hefeweizen with beer-poached shrimp and Doc Brown Ale with beer-glazed tuna loin over sesame soba noodles with fried ginger. Cost is $50, with tickets available at funkybuddhahotandsoulbeerpairing.eventbrite.com.

The Fontainebleau’s Cellar 1954 Wine & Dinner Series continues Aug. 22 at Gotham Steak, 4441 Collins Ave., Miami Beach with a five-course meal paired with Quintessa wines. Cost is $200 plus tax and tip, with reservations required at 305-674-4706.
