Builder: It’s time to capitalize on exceptional deals at Cali Greens

As mortgage rates start to rise and the housing market is at one of the healthiest points in years, the time to buy is now, says a spokesperson for Cali Greens.

For first-time home buyers or for those looking to downsize, Cali Greens at Keys Gate is offering unprecedented deals on its few remaining townhomes, adds the spokesperson.

Located in the lush southern portion of Homestead, Cali Greens is a gated townhome community surrounded by parks and esplanades.

The builder of Cali Greens, C.G. Construction, is offering a closeout end-of-summer special on its ready-to-move-in townhomes that include no closing costs and up to $7,500 worth of home upgrades if the buyer finances through the builder’s preferred lender, says the spokesperson.

“Cali Greens is like no other townhome community in South Florida. Between the luxury upgrades already included in the home and the community amenities Keys Gate has to offer, Cali Greens is the place to be,” says Kim Green, broker associate of Keys Gate Realty. “Now that I’m also able to offer customers no closing costs in addition to the already included wood cabinets, granite kitchen counters, and 18-by-18 tiled first floor upgrades, it’s no wonder they choose to live here.”

Averaging 2,000 total square feet, all townhomes include a garage and a starting price in the $150,000s. Additionally, C.G. Construction is considered a “green” builder because every townhome includes multiple “green” features such as hurricane-resistant UV tinted impact glass windows, programmable thermostats and Energy Star appliances. Cali Greens is also certified as an FPL BuildSmart home, says Green.

Homestead, a family and business friendly community, is on the forefront of booming communities in South Florida. The city has numerous top-rated charter schools, acclaimed hospitals and the Homestead-Miami Speedway. Adjacent to two National Parks, Keys Gate features the amenities Floridians have grown to love and expect, says Green.

When buyers purchase a townhome in Cali Greens, they become part of a “hometown,” adds Green.

Amenities include privately gated entrances with 24-hour roving security, in-house monitored alarm systems, AT&T U-verse cable with more than 300 channels and hi-speed internet access, community pools, tennis courts and amazing places for golf.

Adding to the area boom, C.G. Construction is also offering a special incentive for real estate brokers who bring their buyers to Cali Greens. For a limited time, brokers will receive 3 percent commission with an additional $1,000 bonus for every buyer that purchases a ready-to-move-in townhome, says Green.

The Keys Gate welcome center, at 888 Kingman Rd., is open for showings daily.
