Heat's Dwyane Wade pays homage to Trayvon on Ebony magazine

Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade and his sons are featured in one of four Ebony magazine covers now on stands honoring Miami Gardens teen Trayvon Martin.

For their cover, Wade and his sons, Zaire and Zion, were photographed wearing hoodies over the phrase: We are Trayvon.

In February 2012, Martin was shot and killed in Sanford, Fl. by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman, who was acquitted last month. At the time of his death, Martin was wearing a hoodie, one of the reason prosecutors said the 17-year-old was possibly profiled.

The three other covers, all available in the September, issue, feature director Spike Lee and his son and actor Boris Kodjoe and his son. A fourth cover is of Martin’s family: his mother Sybrina Fulton; father Tracy Martin and brother, Jahvaris Fulton.
