Fabulously pregnant Fergie was feted last week at her so-called gayby shower at L.A.’s SLS Hotel by famous friends like Lance Bass, Adam Lambert and Julianne Hough. We heard one of the cocktails of choice (for the drinkers, not her) was The Hot Mamma, made with Cuca Fresca, an organic cachaça available at Total Wine & More; as well as fruit purée, simple syrup and fresh lime juice, garnished with a sliced jalapeño. Hubby Josh Duhamel’s tweet: “Who knew a baby shower could be so fun.”

Gwyneth Paltrow is already jumping up and down over aerial yoga, the anti-gravity cousin of traditional yoga (maybe she wanted to see what her husband Chris Martin’s Coldplay song “A Rush Of Blood to The Head,” was all about). In all seriousness, AY is a fusion of yoga, acrobatics and gymnastics. Grab a 90-minute class at Ayama Yoga Center in North Miami Beach, where you’ll be suspended in a special hammock for optimum movement and stretching. From $25; 305-932-7755.

There may be no free lunch, but there are free beauty treatments. During August, visitors to The Spa at Mandarin Oriental-Miami getting any 80-minute facial will receive a complimentary lip service with a balm is infused with mandarin oil (hence, the hotel connection). No time for me time? The ESPA Mandarin Lip Balm is $28 at the spa boutique or www.espaonline.com.

One Direction is coming to Dadeland Mall! Got your attention? Well, the band’s picture is the cover of Teen Vogue’s September issue. The mag will be all over the place 2 p.m. Saturday for a joint back to school event with Macy’s. Fashion blogger Dee Trillo, “The Haute Frugalista,” cohosts a presentation with FACES modeling troupe, plus there will be dance performances by InMotion Miami and other teenybopperish stuff. Junior level.

Now at Bloomingdale’s Aventura is a new candle collection by R Nichols. Not only do they smell fabulous, they fit in nicely with any decor. The designs are a collaboration between two seasoned designers: illustrator Nick Hanzlik and fragrance guru Gary McNatton. Each illustration begins with Nick’s imagination and a hand-cut paper collage. Each premium wax candle is poured in a sturdy glass and wrapped in a fired-on decal that allows the glow of the flame to accentuate its whimsical graphic. $45 each. www.r-nichols.com
