Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are expecting again, a source confirms to Us Weekly. Fox, 27, is currently in NYC filming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Fox and Green, 40, welcomed son Noah on Sept. 27, 2012.

Bumped around

Jamie Lee Curtis is recovering from a car collision in California Thursday. Two people including the 54-year-old actress were taken to a hospital in separate ambulances. The accident happened in a highly trafficked area of Venice, TMZ reports. Curtis was a passenger in a black Yukon SUV which crashed into a BMW.

Curtis reportedly called her friend Jodie Foster, who came to the scene.

Boiling over

MasterChef finalist Josh Marks is undergoing an evaluation to determine if he was mentally unstable during a struggle with officers at the University of Chicago campus earlier this week, his lawyer said. Marks had to be subdued after he began ranting that his TV boss, Gordon Ramsay, had possessed his body. Marks has since been dropped as the spokesman at two companies.

Trouble in paradise

The estranged wife of rocker Jack White has filed a restraining order against him after she said in their divorce filings he was threatening her and she fears for her safety and her children’s. British model and singer Karen Elson married White in 2005 in Nashville and they have two children. They separated in 2011, and Elson filed for divorce last year. Elson filed for a temporary restraining order July 17, first reported by the Nashville City Paper. Elson said in the filing that White has a violent temper, sends her emails laced with profanity and calls her derogatory names.

Heeere’s Ellen!

Ellen DeGeneres will be back for a second time to host the Academy Awards March 2. Producers announced her selection Friday. DeGeneres hosted the show in 2007, and was nominated for an Emmy Award for her performance.

This year’s host, Seth MacFarlane, drew mixed reviews.

Brian benched

NBC News anchor Brian Williams will be off the air for a few weeks soon for surgery to replace a knee that was damaged in a high school football game decades ago. The anchor has had three previous surgeries on his right knee, but the pain was becoming more of an issue. When it began costing him sleep, Williams said he realized it was time to take care of it. Williams is 54. Lester Holt will sub; NBC isn’t saying when the surgery will be.

Trial continues

A former security worker for Michael Jackson told a jury that he was concerned the singer would overdose on prescription medications. Michael La Perruque worked as the head of Jackson’s security detail 2001-04 and frequently traveled with him until 2004. La Perruque said the singer’s children called 911 during a trip to Walt Disney World in 2001 or 2002 after their father collapsed in a hallway in a suite. He said he found Jackson unconscious, revived him before paramedics arrived and never saw any signs of drugs or alcohol that the singer may have taken.
