Weather alert: More heat and rain in store for South Florida; Dorian still a question mark

South Florida will see more heat and rain on Tuesday.

Forecaster predict a 40 percent chance of rain, mainly before 3 p.m. The chance drops to 20 percent at night. Highs temperatures will be near 90.

Meanwhile, in the tropics, Dorian continues to disband with a 20 percent chance of re-formation into a tropical storm. One model has the system heading toward the Bahamas.

South Florida could feel some effect from the system later in the week, with increasing rainfall in the region.
