Larry Flynt's brother defends his Naples business

NAPLES, Fla. -- The owner of a sexy gift shop - who also happens to be Hustler magazine founder Larry Flynt's brother - is facing a three-pronged attack aimed at shutting down his North Naples boutique.

The Naples Daily News (http://bit.ly/12tAW26) reports Jimmy Flynt's infamous brother Larry is suing over trademark infringement, Collier Code Enforcement contends he's illegally operating a sexually oriented business and his landlord is suing to evict him.

He contends he's fought his brother in various courts and won, his Naples store is not a sexually oriented business and he's fully adhered to his lease.

Larry Flynt filed a trademark infringement lawsuit last week in U.S. District Court in Fort Myers against his brother.
