The Associated Press

The owner of a sexy gift shop - who also happens to be Hustler magazine founder Larry Flynt's brother - is facing a three-pronged attack aimed at shutting down his North Naples boutique.

The Naples Daily News (http://bit.ly/12tAW26) reports Jimmy Flynt's infamous brother Larry is suing over trademark infringement, Collier Code Enforcement contends he's illegally operating a sexually oriented business and his landlord is suing to evict him.

Jimmy Flynt runs Flynt Sexy Gifts in Naples.

He contends he's fought his brother in various courts and won, his Naples store is not a sexually oriented business and he's fully adhered to his lease.

Larry Flynt filed a trademark infringement lawsuit last week in U.S. District Court in Fort Myers against his brother.
