Ernest Hemingway’s decade of residence in Key West ended in 1939, but his literary legacy lives on — both in the island city and in the annual Hemingway Days festival beginning Tuesday and running through July 21. Hemingway Days offers several events, some serious (the announcement of the winners of the Lorian Hemingway Short Story Competition), others not so much (the always popular “Running of the Bulls”).
