Flyers, Lauridsen agree to 2-year deal

The Philadelphia Flyers and restricted free agent defenseman Oliver Lauridsen agreed to terms on a two-year contract Wednesday.

The 24-year-old native of Denmark made his NHL debut on March 30, and memorably notched his first career goal with the help of Bruins defenseman Zdeno Chara on April 23, when Chara shot Lauridsen's dump-in into his own net.

For the season, he totaled two goals and three points in 15 games.
