Notes

The New England 200 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway is the 17th race on the 2013 Nationwide Series schedule.

There have been 26 Nationwide races held at New Hampshire, including two events per season from 1990-92 and one each year since then. Tommy Ellis won the inaugural race there, the Budweiser 300, on July 15, 1990.

There have been 24 different winners in 26 Nationwide races at New Hampshire. Kyle Busch is the only driver with multiple victories in the series there. Busch won three races in a row at this track from 2009-11.

The race winner at New Hampshire has started from the pole four times, which is more than any other starting position there. Brad Keselowski most recently did it one year ago. Keselowski is not entered in this year's race.

The furthest back a driver has started and won a Nationwide race at New Hampshire is 26th, accomplished by Buckshot Jones in 1998.

Since NASCAR began using electronic timing and scoring in 1993, the closest margin of victory in a Nationwide race at New Hampshire occurred on May 10, 1997 when Mike McLaughlin beat Steve Park to the finish line by just 0.106 seconds.

Landon Cassill is the only driver on the entry list for this year's race that scored his first career pole in Nationwide at New Hampshire. Cassill started on the pole for the 2008 event there.

Derrike Cope (1994) and Bobby Hamilton Jr. (2002) won their first races in Nationwide at New Hampshire. Cope and Hamilton are not competing in this year's event.

The next race is the July 21 STP 300 at Chicagoland Speedway. Elliott Sadler is the defending race winner.
