Buehler Planetarium celebrates first Apollo moon landing

Broward College’s Buehler Planetarium & Observatory will celebrate the 44th anniversary of the Apollo Moon landing.

Moon Fest will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 20. Attendees can launch paper rockets, watch planetarium shows and make craters in lunar soil.

Reservations for the planetarium shows are a must, and can be made by calling 954-201-6681. The museum is located at 3501 Davie Rd., Davie.
