Mortgage Contracting Services Promotes Elspeth Spransy to Vice President of Vendor Management

 

/PRNewswire/ -- Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS) proudly announces the promotion of Elspeth Spransy to vice president of vendor management.

Ms. Spransy, who joined MCS in 2006, supervises vendor recruitment and training, site audits, licensing and insurance, and MCS' property preservation and inspection networks. She will continue to work out of MCS' Tampa, Fla. operations center.

A nationwide provider of REO property maintenance and inspections for the financial services industry, MCS relies on hundreds of property preservation vendors to care for homes throughout the U.S.

A dedicated field services professional, Ms. Spransy launched her career as an Asset Preservation Coordinator. She was promoted to Team Lead in January 2007, and was quickly promoted to vendor management director just seven months later. In 2009, she was promoted to assistant vice president of vendor management. She has also served on the National Association of Mortgage Field Services' Board of Directors since 2011, and will continue to do so following her promotion.

Ms. Spransy earned her master of business administration from the University of South Florida, where she focused on business sustainability. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science and international relations from Eckert College.
