My parents brought me to the United States when I was an infant.
I became a citizen early in life. Since I’m in my 70s I have a pretty good perspective on immigrants’ value.
Many have given up the comfort of living in familiar lands to seek a better life in the United States.
They work hard to support their families and contribute to this country.
Think of immigrants as positive contributors to our society and to our country, instead of listening to the negative hyperbole of disgruntled people.
