Pharrell Williams has slashed the price of his three-story, five-bedroom, 6 1/2-bathroom Bristol Towers penthouse on Brickell Avenue by $5.9 million, according to real estate website Redfin.com. The sale price now? A bargain-basement $10.9 million.
