Cascata Grill at Turnberry Isle, 19999 W. Country Club Dr., Aventura, is offering a two-course dinner deal through July 31: Choose an appetizer and entrée or an entrée and dessert for $30. Dolce Italian at the Gale South Beach, 1690 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, is doing a three-course, $35 menu from 6 to 7:30 p.m. daily through August with an entree choice of spaghetti al pomodoro or roasted chicken; 786-975-2550.

Morton’s The Steakhouse is offering a four-course menu through Sept. 20 with a choice of starters, entrees — including a 6-ounce filet mignon, honey-chili-glazed salmon, two chicken dishes and shrimp scampi capellini — side dishes and dessert for $49. Chef Allen class spotlights July 25th Taste of Nation

Taste of the Nation South Florida, a first-time Miami-Dade and Broward collaboration, is set for July 25 at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Chef Allen Susser, a longtime leader of the chefs’ hunger-fighting fundraiser, plans to whet appetites with a free cooking class at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Whole Foods Market, 6701 Red Rd., Coral Gables.
Brasileiro opens July 12, Cypress Room adds lunch July 15

Brasileiro, a Brazilian-fusion steakhouse and lounge, is set to open July 12 in the old Porcao space at the Four Ambassadors Suites Hotel,801 Brickell Bay Dr., Miami.
