The Dutch at the W South Beach, 2201 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, has announced a fresh lineup for its Bourbon, Beer and ’Cue Wednesday night special. Meals are $30, with $3 beers, $30 pitchers of Pimm’s Punch and $9 cocktails available:

July 3, All-American: chicken, corn dogs, sliders, corn on the cob, watermelon, slaw and corn bread.

July 10, St. Louis-Style: pork steaks and cutlets, spare ribs, beer-braised beans, corn casserole, corn bread.

July 17, Korean: Bulgogi beef skewers, glazed beef ribs, banchan.

July 24, Hawaiian: Taro-leaf wrapped Kailua pork, chicken, roasted pineapple, cabbage salad.

    Taste of the Nation South Florida, a first-time Miami-Dade and Broward collaboration, is set for July 25 at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Chef Allen Susser, a longtime leader of the chefs’ hunger-fighting fundraiser, plans to whet appetites with a free cooking class at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Whole Foods Market, 6701 Red Rd., Coral Gables.

    Brasileiro, a Brazilian-fusion steakhouse and lounge, is set to open July 12 in the old Porcao space at the Four Ambassadors Suites Hotel,801 Brickell Bay Dr., Miami.
