Oceans 234, 234 Oceans Blvd., Deerfield Beach, celebrates its 10th anniversary at 6 p.m. June 27 with free champagne, a $10 tapas menu, a dessert table and live entertainment.     Chef Allen class spotlights July 25th Taste of Nation

    Taste of the Nation South Florida, a first-time Miami-Dade and Broward collaboration, is set for July 25 at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Chef Allen Susser, a longtime leader of the chefs’ hunger-fighting fundraiser, plans to whet appetites with a free cooking class at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Whole Foods Market, 6701 Red Rd., Coral Gables.

    Brasileiro, a Brazilian-fusion steakhouse and lounge, is set to open July 12 in the old Porcao space at the Four Ambassadors Suites Hotel,801 Brickell Bay Dr., Miami.
