Chef previews his menu for James Beard House
Chef Makoto Okuwa of Makoto at Bal Harbour Shops, 9700 Collins Ave., Bal Harbour, gives his South Florida fans a preview at 7:30 p.m. Thursday of the dinner he will prepare next week at the James Beard House in New York.
