Interactive map: High rates of gifted students in Miami-Dade schools

 

The largest cluster of public schools with high percentages of students deemed "gifted" in Miami-Dade and Broward counties is around Kendall in Miami-Dade. Miami-Dade's gifted student rate is one in ten — nearly double that of Broward, where the rate is one in 23, and Florida's state average, which is one in 20.
