The word is spreading in Miami and Latin America on the prime location, attractive prices and no-worry ownership opportunities at Veer Towers in Las Vegas, says a spokesperson for the developer. Miami-based Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing has recorded 42 sales in the first three months it has offered residences, says the spokesperson.

As buyers from Miami close on condos at Veer Towers, individuals from Brazil and Latin America are learning about opportunities to join in, says the spokesperson

“We just returned from Buenos Aires, where wealthy individuals told us they see greater value in Las Vegas residential property than Miami condominiums,” says Adam Kaufman, director of sales in Miami for Veer Towers. “The condo market tumbled in Las Vegas and hasn’t yet bounced back the way it has in Miami.” “Las Vegas prices are much lower now than they were several years ago and are significantly less than in Miami,”says Joey Lopez, Director of International Sales for Pordes Residential, which has its Veer Towers sales office at 1000 Brickell Ave.

“In many ways, the two cities are very much alike,” says Lopez. “They offer see a great lifestyle with international entertainment, luxury shopping, fine dining and culture ñ all in a sophisticated urban environment. Millions of visitors flock to both cities annually and their populations are expected to grow in coming years.”

“In residential real estate, Las Vegas has an edge because no new projects have been started there for several years and almost none are planned,” says Lopez. “The lack of supply of residences and a renewed interest in ownership bode well for those who buy now.”

Pordes Residential opened the Miami sales office in February, the same month that the firm began offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums. Initial prices range from $230,000 to more than $2.3 million.

Pordes Residential offers a special Carefree Rental program for real estate buyers seeking rental properties without the headaches of being a landlord, says Lopez.

The program, Lopez says, also offers buyers a limited opportunity to purchase pre-leased residences with a commitment for two years.

The two 37-story towers offer luxury living in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Each building has a rooftop entertainment area with panoramic views of the city, an infinity pool, secured elevators, 24-hour security and private vehicle entrances.

Veer Towers sits in the middle of CityCenter, a $9 billion urban playground for adults that includes ARIA Resort & Casino, The Shops at Crystals luxury shopping and entertainment district, Vdara Hotel & Spa, and Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas.

The Miami sales gallery for Veer Towers serves buyers and brokers from South Florida and Latin America. The offices are open daily. The sales team can be reached at 305-290-3375 or by visiting veertowers.com.
