Wynwood Kitchen launches chef-artist series May 29

Wynwood Kitchen & Bar, 2550 NW Second Ave., Miami, hosts the first in a series of chef-artist dinners Wednesday with a menu created by WKB executive chef Miguel Aguilar and Miami artist Santiago Rubino, whose graffiti-inspired work is featured on Wynwood Walls.

The four courses — smoked tuna empanadas, avocado romaine salad, grilled Chilean sea bass and chocolate alfajores — reflect “the artist’s diet and favorite dishes with the spices and flavors of his native Argentina,” according to an announcement.

Cost is $50 plus tax and tip, with wine pairings available for $20. Guests will receive a menu designed and signed by Rubino and Aguilar. Reservations are required, with seating at 7:30 and 9 p.m.; 305-722-8959.
