Driver shot to death on I-95 identified

The Broward Sheriff’s Office on Monday released the name of a man who was killed on Interstate 95 after a dispute near a Waffle House.

Nicholas Walker, 33, of Lauderhill was fatally shot Sunday morning while driving toward Commercial Boulevard.

The shot Walker crashed his silver Buick into a guardrail before the engine caught fire.

Responding to 911 calls of shots being fired on the highway, investigators found Walker dead inside the vehicle.
