Nuestra Belleza Latina is down to the wire. But there’s still fierce competition in store for the Giselle Blondet-hosted Univision reality show ( Our Latin Beauty). Still in the running are three locals: model Barbara Turbay; ballet dancer Odaray Prats; and all-around hottie Audris Rijo (girlfriend of Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Jonathan Sanchez) . The winner — chosen by viewers on May 19 — scores a contract with Univision, $250,000 in cash and prizes, the cover of Cosmopolitan en Español and a new set of wheels.

Laid up

Ronnie Ortiz Magro doesn’t have time for the pain, but he’s dealing.

The Jersey Shore star remains in an Orlando hospital for kidney stones. He was down south promoting his low-cal adult beverage line, Smush Cocktails, at the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America convention but got medical attention after “feeling uncomfortable” Saturday night, his rep said. According to webmd.com, kidney stones are actually highly concentrated particles that cannot pass through the urinary tract. Certain foods may trigger “crystals” to form. Individuals who do not drink enough water/hydrate are also at risk as the urine is more concentrated.

It’s important to remember: “This too shall pass.” Treatment is usually lots of fluids, and rarely surgery.

The self proclaimed juice head, 27, is being tended to by his JS costar Sammie “Sweetheart” Giancola.

The baby wait

Sofia Vergara isn’t having a baby with Nick Loeb via a surrogate just yet. The Modern Family star, 40, told Cosmo’s June issue she will eventually, though. “I don’t want to wait forever, but not yet, because I’m working like an animal.”

Valerie Harper: I’m not ‘cancer free’

Sounded too good to be true, and it was: Valerie Harper is not “cancer free,” as Closer Weekly reported. There is no cure for leptomeningeal carcinomatosis — cancer of the membranes around Harper’s brain. The veteran actress says in a statement that the magazine’s reporter misunderstood when she said her most recent full-body scan was clean and that the cancer had not spread.
