I’m ready

Kim Kardashian says she’s gotten more used to pregnancy, is more comfortable in her skin and is no longer feeling the aches and pains of expectant motherhood.

“Now I think I’m past all the awkward phases and stages, and once you feel the baby kick it’s a whole new experience,” Kardashian said while attending the E! Network Upfront in New York. “I finally really embrace it. I love it now, but it took a minute. It was a lot, you know, a lot of body changes and stuff.”

Kardashian says she’s not only feeling better but is pretty calm about giving birth and isn’t nervous.

“At the beginning that was what I feared the most, and now, I mean, it’s inevitable,” she said. “It’s gonna happen.”

Mally the monkey was seized by customs last month when Biebs failed to produce its papers after landing in Munich. Tax woes

A federal judge postponed Lauryn Hill’s tax evasion sentencing in New Jersey but not before scolding the eight-time Grammy-winning singer for reneging on a promise to make restitution by now. Hill pleaded guilty last year to not paying federal taxes on $1.8 million earned from 2005 to 2007. Hill has paid $50,000 of a total of $554,000. U.S. Magistrate Judge Madeline Cox Arleo criticized her for relying on the promise of a recording contract to pay the tax bill. “This is not someone who stands before the court penniless,” Arleo said to Hill’s attorney, Nathan Hochman. “This is a criminal matter. Actions speak louder than words, and there has been no effort here to pay these taxes.”
