Wine dinners at Oak Tavern, Forge, Gotham Steak

 

Oak Tavern, 35 NE 40th St., Miami, hosts a wine dinner featuring Oregon’s Montinore Estate and Abacela Vineyards with a five-course menu by chef David Bracha at 7 p.m. Tuesday. Cost is $75; 786-391-1818.

The Forge, 432 W. 41st St., Miami Beach, launches a champagne dinner series at 7 p.m. Wednesday with a four-course menu by executive chef Dewey LoSasso and pairings by wine educator Barry Alberts. Cost is $150; 305-538-8533.

The Fontainebleau, 4441 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, continues its Cellar 1954 Wine & Dinner Series at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Gotham Steak with a four-course menu paired by Kristina Dunn with her family’s Dunn Vineyards wines. Tickets are $195, and reservations are required; 305-674-4706.
