Cochon 555 Sunday at Four Seasons

 

It will be hog heaven Sunday as Cochon 555, a traveling culinary competition and heritage-pork tasting event, rolls into town. Beginning at 5 p.m. (4 p.m. VIP) at the Four Seasons, 1435 Brickell Ave., Miami, you can watch chefs Aaron Brooks (Four Seasons), Timon Balloo (Sugarcane), Jeffrey McInnis (Yardbird), David Thomas (The Bazaar) and Cesar Zapata (The Federal) each have their way with a whole hog in hopes of winning the chance to represent Miami at the Cochon finals in June. Tickets are $125, $200 VIP at cochon555.com.
