Buyers drawn to Keys Gate’s Cali Greens in Homestead

ADVERTORIAL

Buyers are flocking to developments in Homestead that are offering incentive deals rarely seen over the past years, making this one of the best times to become a homeowner, says a spokesperson for Keys Gate.

As mortgage rates decrease to all-time lows, developers like C.G. Construction are offering home buyers great deals, says the spokesperson.

Many of the incentives are so attractive they are enticing buyers to new communities like Cali Greens at Keys Gate in the lush southern portion of Homestead, she adds.

C.G. Construction, one of the breakthrough builders to offer high-end living at competitive prices, announced this week that they will be offering deals on their Cali Greens community that include no closing costs and $7,500 worth of home upgrades if the buyer finances through the builder’s preferred lender, says the spokesperson.

“We know we have some of the best offerings in South Florida at Cali Greens. It’s a great way for us to sell our inventory while offering deals to buyers that might not otherwise be able to make the move,” says Kim Green broker-associate of Keys Gate Realty. “Now that I’m able to offer customers additional luxuries in their new townhome like wood cabinets, granite kitchen counters, and 18-by-18 tile on first floors, on top of no closing costs, it’s no wonder they choose to live here.”

Averaging 2,000 square feet, all townhomes include a one- or two-car garage with a starting price in the $150,000s. Additionally, C.G. Construction is considered a “green” builder, designated as such because every townhome includes multiple “green” features such as hurricane-resistant, UV-tinted, high-impact glass windows, programmable thermostats and Energy Star appliances.

Homestead, a family and business friendly community, is on the forefront of booming communities in South Florida. About 20 miles from Miami, Homestead has numerous top-rated charter schools, acclaimed hospitals, and, of course, the Homestead-Miami Speedway. Adjacent to two national parks, Keys Gate features the amenities Floridians have grown to love and expect. When buyers purchase a townhome in Cali Greens, they become part of a hometown, says Green.

Amenities include privately gated entrances with 24-hour roving security, in-house monitored alarm systems, AT&T U-verse cable with more than 300 channels and high speed internet access, community pools, tennis courts and amazing places for golf.

Adding to the area boom, C.G. Construction is also offering a special incentive for real estate brokers who bring their buyers to Cali Greens. For a limited time, brokers will receive a 3 percent commission with an additional $1,000 bonus for every buyer that purchases a ready-to-move-in townhome, says Green.

The Keys Gate welcome center is at 888 Kingman Rd. and is open for showings seven days a week.

Appointments can be arranged by calling 305-230-0000 or emailing info@keysgate.com.
