Buyers pay no closing costs at Lennar’s Silver Palms

Lennar’s Silver Palms has brand-new townhomes, patio homes and single-family homes starting from the mid-$100,000s and, for a limited time, buyers can purchase their new home and pay no closing costs through the builder’s preferred lender, a company spokesperson says.

Lennar’s Silver Palms is a 292-acre, beautifully landscaped, master-planned community featuring lakes, oversize parks with playgrounds, sidewalks and street lighting throughout. A resort-style clubhouse is nearing completion and will offer residents an array of amenities including a grand party room with kitchen, state-of-the-art fitness center, playroom, children’s pool, covered terrace with sitting areas overlooking the expansive sundeck and pool areas, resort-style family pool, locker rooms with showers and dressing areas, indoor sauna, children’s water splash zone and an outdoor gazebo with barbecue.

Residents can enjoy the convenience of nearby shops, movie theaters, places of worship, schools and hospitals.

Lennar’s Silver Palms Sable Collection offers buyers a selection of elegant and lifestyle home choices, starting with spacious, two-story, three- and four- bedroom townhomes with garage priced from the $160,000s. The homes have large open spaces, elegant master bedrooms and baths, spacious walk-in closets, coffer ceilings and other architectural features.

The exterior elevations include designer exterior stone and decorative shutters reminiscent of California-style architecture.

Lennar’s Silver Palms community also offers buyers the choice of living in a spacious three- or four-bedroom patio home with covered rear terrace and garage, starting from the $180,000s.

Single-family-home buyers can choose from a selection of home designs ranging from three to five bedrooms with either one- or two-car garage, priced from the low $200,000s. All Lennar homes include a no-worry builder’s warranty.

Prospective buyers are invited to visit Silver Palms, at 23800 SW 112th Ave. in Miami, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., tour the decorated models and let a new-home consultant explain how to become a homeowner with zero closing costs.

To visit, take exit 9 on Florida’s Turnpike and head about a mile west on SW 112th Avenue, or two miles east on SW 112th Ave from U.S. 1.
